Things you need to know before you buy a home.
The mold you see located directly next to the main air handler for the home at the lower floors was pure Stachybotrys toxic black mold. Make sure your inspection is not an onion! I can virtually Inspect just about anything, anywhere, at any time and find out the deficiencies better than most inspectors. It’s a talent that I’m proud of and I’d love to show you how this works.
- John MBrian is more than just a home inspector. He tells you everything you could want and need to know about your new home. He goes above and beyond in every way, from showing and describing everything in detail, providing possible causes and solutions, including a step by step list and summary at the end. He also referred me to some of the best to work on what I needed. If you have any questions, he has or will help find the answer. The mold assessment was a great and necessary addition. Thanks for everything!
- Aaron FBrian does excellent work. He inspected our antique home from top to bottom and was extremely thorough. He gave us a detailed report with a lot of helpful pictures and was always responsive to questions. A big reason we ended up buying the house was because of our confidence in his inspection. Highly recommend.
- Marc GBrian/Fault Finders was referred to me by my brother-in-law for our first home purchase. As others have stated, he is worth every penny. We received a clear, comprehensive report of the property detailing what seemed like every inch of the house. He pointed out issues and potential trouble spots that gave us a clear indication of the state of the property and things to be aware of potentially coming down the pipeline. Specifically, he pointed out issues with the heating which were not identified by either the sellers nor fuel company which led to critical replacements prior to contract. After reviewing the report, it really gave us comfort in making our purchase. Prior to our closing, the sellers even mentioned to me how impressed they were with his work and inspection! My highest recommendation.
