Brian does excellent work. He inspected our antique home from top to bottom and was extremely thorough. Brian/Fault Finders was referred to me by my brother-in-law for our first home purchase. As others have stated, he is worth every penny. We received a clear, comprehensive report of the property detailing what seemed like every inch of the house. He pointed out issues and potential trouble spots that gave us a clear indication of the state of the property and things to be aware of potentially coming down the pipeline. Specifically, he pointed out issues with the heating which were not identified by either the sellers nor fuel company which led to critical replacements prior to contract. After reviewing the report, it really gave us comfort in making our purchase. Prior to our closing, the sellers even mentioned to me how impressed they were with his work and inspection! My highest recommendation.
